Terms & Conditions of Chetan Sir's Group Tuitions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our digital courses, study material, test series, and mentorship services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a batch, purchasing a course, or accessing https://studyhub.classyukti.in or the mobile application "Chetan Sir's Group Tuitions App", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you are accessing the Services with the consent, involvement, and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
2. Who Provides What
Educational Provider (Seller)
Chetan Sir's Group Tuitions is the creator, instructor, seller, and pedagogical provider of all courses, test series, study material notes, and academic guidance.
Technology Infrastructure Provider
ClassYukti (https://classyukti.in) provides the SaaS website, cloud video streaming, mobile application, and payment checkout framework. The Platform is not the author or seller of the educational content.
3. Your Account & Security
- Single-User License: Your account is personal to you. Account sharing, reselling credentials, or concurrent multi-device logins are strictly forbidden.
- Credential Safety: You are responsible for safeguarding your login password and OTP. Never share your credentials with others.
- Device Verification: To protect digital content rights, we may enforce a single active mobile/tablet device restriction per registered student.
4. Courses, Access & Validity
- Enrollment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials for the specified validity duration (e.g. 1 academic year, or until board exam completion).
- Access automatically expires upon conclusion of the specified course term unless officially extended by the Institute.
- Faculty, lecture schedules, and syllabus revision updates may be refined by the Institute to ensure alignment with official exam blueprint changes.
- No Guarantee of Academic Results: While our faculty provides premier guidance, final examination ranks and selections depend upon the student's individual discipline, practice, and effort.
- Website vs App Offline Access: Students cannot save or store video lectures or study data offline through the website. Offline content caching is provided exclusively inside the Institute's native mobile application (if available).
5. Pricing & Payments
All course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes unless explicitly noted. Payments are processed through secure RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay). Upon successful payment receipt, digital access is provisioned immediately.

All educational materials, video lectures, chapter notes, diagrams, question banks, mock test papers, software code, and institute trademarks are the proprietary intellectual property of Chetan Sir's Group Tuitions and its licensors.
8. Student Code of Conduct
While participating in live doubt sessions, class chats, or peer groups, you agree to maintain academic decorum. You must not:
- Harass, abuse, or use foul language towards faculty members or fellow students.
- Post spam, promotional links, or commercial advertisements in chat channels.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the platform security architecture.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Chetan Sir's Group Tuitions and ClassYukti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or internet connectivity interruptions. Our aggregate liability for any verifiable claim shall not exceed the total enrollment fee paid by you for the specific course involved.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without refund if a student violates intellectual property rules, engages in abusive behavior, or shares account credentials.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at New Delhi, Delhi.
